Frequently Asked Questions

  • Where are my panoramas stored?
    • As of version 4.1, panoramas are automatically stored in the in-app panorama list. You can find instructions to open panoramas from the list here, exporting your camera roll here and deleting unwanted panoramas from the list here.
  • How can I export my panoramas?
    • You can always download your panoramas as a flat jpg image by transferring the image to your camera roll and downloading through iPhoto or your desired photo manager. Panoramas are stored in flat jpg format.
  • Can I export the immersive 360 view to my desktop?
    • The immersive 360 view is only available by viewing your uploaded panorama on the web or through the app.
  • Can I edit my panorama/build a panorama in Photoshop/image editor and bring it into the immersive viewer?
    • No. 360 Panorama relies on data beyond the flat jpg image to display panoramas in the immersive viewer. This data is created and stored in the app or within your upload. It is not possible to create this data for panoramas edited or created outside the app.
  • Can I capture panoramas and upload later?
    • Absolutely. With version 4.1 you can store panoramas in the in-app panorama list and upload later by following these instructions.
  • Can I connect to multiple Facebook/Twitter accounts?
    • Yes! You can find instructions to do so here.
  • Why am I only seeing 2 pictures when I capture?
    • To create a panorama: Press the button once to start, rotate in a circle and watch as the panorama fills in (no need to press anything during capture), then press the button once you have captured a full spin. It is not necessary to press the button to capture individual frames in your panorama.
  • Why does the app keep crashing?
    • If you are experiencing frequent crashes in the app, we suggest trying a hard restart of your device. To restart, hold the home and power button down until you see the device reboot.
